The AD Report (The Assistant Director Report) is a document that Assistant Directors within the TV and Film Industry use to track what has happened on any given shoot day.

As this blog aims to report on what it’s like to work in the AD department, the title felt like a no-brainer.

Most of the entries will centre around how to get into — and how to move up within — the industry, but you’ll also find plenty of reflections in the “Diary” section too.
